Since all modern web browsers support Java, if you are running into problems, you may just want to install the most recent version of Java from Sun's official Java site, www.java.com.
Your web browser reports following diagnostic information
NOTE: Increasing Max Mem to 150MB will increase performance.
To increase Max. Memory follow these steps
Windows
- Open the Java Plug-in (from your Control Panel)
- Click on the Java tab
- Under Java Runtime Settings click on View
- In the pop-up window set Java Runtime Parameter (last field) for each version to "-Xmx150m"
- Click OK
- Click OK
- Restart your system
MAC
- Open Java Plug-in (Applications : Utilities : Java : Java Preferences.app)
- Click on the General tab
- In the Java Runtime Parameter field type: -Xmx150m
- Click Save
- Restart your system
